Service Level Agreement

Nakro Technology Limited (Nakroteck)

Account Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use Nakroteck services. By registering for an account, you warrant that you will provide accurate information including your name, address, telephone number, email address, and billing details.

Acceptable Use Policy

All services provided by Nakroteck are restricted to lawful purposes only. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Storage or distribution of sensitive personal data without proper authorization
  • Intellectual property infringement or copyright violations
  • Distribution of malware, phishing materials, or malicious software
  • Adult content or obscene material
  • Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Controlled substances or illegal goods/services
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Denial-of-service attacks or network abuse
  • Cryptocurrency mining or media streaming (unless on dedicated servers)
  • Unauthorized access to other systems or networks

Order Processing

Personal information provided during registration is used for account creation and third-party validation. All orders undergo automated security scans; orders that trigger security flags are subject to manual review.

Nakroteck is not obligated to provide service if identity verification fails. Services are activated upon payment confirmation.

Payments

All service fees require advance payment for the selected billing term. Services operate on automatic renewal unless cancelled by the customer. Renewal invoices are generated 15 days before the due date, and payment is attempted 3 days before expiry.

Late payment consequences:

  • Shared & WordPress hosting: Suspended upon expiration; terminated after 30 days overdue
  • VPS & Dedicated servers: Suspended upon expiration; terminated after 7 days overdue
  • Domain names: Placed on hold immediately upon expiration

Price Formation and Renewal of Services

Promotional "sign-up" pricing applies only to the initial invoice. Renewal charges reflect standard pricing, which may differ from promotional rates. Nakroteck reserves the right to adjust pricing based on infrastructure costs, labor expenses, and third-party service fees.

Resource Utilization

Hardware resources including disk space, CPU, and RAM are designated solely for web hosting purposes. Customers must maintain healthy resource usage to avoid negatively impacting other users on shared infrastructure.

Technical Support Service

Free technical support is provided for hosting-related issues via our ticketing system and live chat. Nakroteck is not obligated to guarantee issue resolution in all cases.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Issues caused by third-party software or plugins
  • Support requests requiring excessive resolution time
  • Custom development or configuration work
  • Excessive or abusive support requests

Service Uptime, General Availability, and Compensations

Nakroteck will use full effort to make the offered Web Hosting Service available with an uptime guarantee of 100% of the time. Public network availability is guaranteed at 100%, and website availability is guaranteed at 99.9% monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.

Compensation: 10% of the monthly service cost per hour of downtime, capped at 100% of the monthly fee or 10 hours of downtime. Credits apply only toward future services and are not issued as refunds.

Service Exemptions

The following situations are exempt from uptime guarantees and compensation:

  • Scheduled maintenance (minimum 2 days advance notice)
  • Downtime caused by third-party services
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, government actions)
  • Customer-caused resource limit breaches
  • Server upgrades and hardware replacements

Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance

Infrastructure maintenance includes hardware repairs, software updates, and security patches. Maintenance is handled to minimize customer impact, and scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 2 days in advance.

Additional Services and Third-Party Services

Bundled third-party services (such as domain registrations through partner registrars, SSL certificates from certificate authorities, etc.) are not directly maintained by Nakroteck. We assume no responsibility for their availability or service interruptions.

Promotions

Promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions. Customers may request promotional details via live chat or our ticketing system. Nakroteck reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Nakroteck, its directors, employees, or agents shall bear no liability for direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data loss, or data corruption resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer during the preceding 12-month period.

Backup Service

Shared and WordPress hosting accounts receive regular backups on a best-effort basis. VPS and Dedicated Server customers require paid backup subscriptions for automated backups.

Customers remain solely responsible for maintaining independent backup copies of their data. Backup services are provided "as-is" with no liability for data corruption or loss.
