Resource Usage
Nakro Technology Limited (Nakroteck)
Resource Usage
By purchasing a Web Hosting Product or Service, customers receive access to Nakroteck's Web Hosting Network of servers through a Web Hosting Account. Customers agree that they bear sole responsibility for utilizing the provided hardware resources appropriately.
Every Web Hosting package includes a complete list of hardware limitations. Exceeding these limitations or utilizing resources at 100% capacity for extended periods violates this Resource Usage policy due to negative impacts on other customers sharing the same server.
Resource Availability
- Shared Web Hosting plans do not provide dedicated resources by design. Multiple customers share the same physical or virtual machine.
- VPS (Virtual Private Server) services provide dedicated resources to each customer, though the underlying hardware is shared among multiple VPS containers.
- Dedicated Servers provide 100% dedicated resources including RAM, CPU, and Disk Space, offering full unconditional access to hardware resources at all times.
CPU & RAM Usage
CPU and RAM represent the primary processing resources of Web Hosting Servers. CPU is measured as percentage-based usage and RAM in standard digital measurements (MB, GB, TB).
For Shared Web Hosting, resource utilization cannot exceed specified plan limits, with accounts restricted to using all provided resources for no more than 80% of any given hour.
VPS and Dedicated Server customers face no resource usage limitations beyond those listed on their product pages.
Disk Space Usage
Each plan has a defined disk space allocation. Disk Space resources are provided exclusively for Web Hosting purposes — making data available via the World Wide Web, not for general storage.
Prohibited storage includes:
- Large quantities or sizes of uncompressed digital images
- Large quantities or sizes of audio/video files
- Backups of any type stored on hosting disk space
Exceeding disk space allocations causes server performance degradation, affecting other customers, backup service consistency, and global I/O operations.
Inodes represent data structures on file systems that track information about files and folders. The number of Inodes indicates the total count of files and folders an account contains.
Bandwidth Usage
Bandwidth measures data transferred between the server and website visitors, metered in MB and GB. Terms like "unmetered" and "unlimited" refer to non-constant bandwidth amounts defined by industry standards or average usage of other customers on the same server.
For services with fixed bandwidth limits, usage cannot exceed specified amounts. Additional bandwidth is available for separate purchase.
Mail Usage
Email service is complimentary with Web Hosting Plans but limited to maintain a sustainable hosting environment. The following limitations apply:
- Email Account Disk Space: Limited to 5 GB maximum on Shared Hosting plans; unlimited on VPS or Dedicated Servers
- Emails Per Hour: Maximum 5 emails per hour on Shared Hosting; no limits on VPS or Dedicated Servers
- Simultaneous Connections: Limited to 10 IMAP/POP3 connections on Shared Hosting; unlimited on VPS or Dedicated Servers
- Bulk Emails: Permitted provided hourly limits are not exceeded
- Spam: Not permitted on any service
- Marketing/Newsletters: Advertising-related emails are not allowed on shared hosting
Violations result in temporary suspension of the specific email account. Severe violations or account breaches may result in full Web Hosting Account suspension.
MySQL Database Usage
Databases on Shared Web Hosting accounts are subject to the following limitations:
- Database size cannot exceed 300 MB or plan-specific limits
- Queries must execute in less than 1 second; slow queries cannot exceed 1% of all server slow queries
VPS and Dedicated Server customers face no database limitations beyond their allocated resources.
