Promotions Agreement
This document outlines the Terms and Conditions behind all promotions offered by Nakroteck. Upon signing up for promotional services or products, customers accept the terms outlined here, Nakroteck's main Terms of Service, and any supplementary documents related to the services.
Free Domain Name Registration/Transfer
Availability
The complimentary domain promotion applies only to specific top-level domain extensions listed in Nakroteck's Domain portal.
Eligibility Requirements
- Shared Web Hosting packages purchased for a minimum of 12 months qualify for a free domain
- VPS and Dedicated Server packages require a minimum 3-month commitment
- Domain registration must occur within the first week of the billing cycle
Renewal and Cancellation
The free domain registration/transfer promotion is valid only for the first term a domain has been registered or transferred with Nakroteck. After the initial promotional period, the domain becomes a regular billed service upon renewal.
If the associated hosting service is cancelled:
- A registration fee (typically $10.50 USD) is deducted from any applicable refund
- The customer retains ownership of the domain for its remaining registration period
- The customer may renew, transfer, or let the domain expire
Key Provisions
- Free domains are attached to the associated Web Hosting package as the primary domain
- Domains become regular billed services after the initial complimentary period
- Nakroteck reserves the right to discontinue this promotion without notice
- Domain cancellation requires disabling auto-renewal or contacting the Billing Department
General Promotional Terms
All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:
- Promotional pricing applies only to the initial billing term unless stated otherwise
- Renewal pricing reverts to standard rates after the promotional period
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted
- Nakroteck reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time
- Abuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension
