Domain Name Terms of Service

Nakro Technology Limited (Nakroteck)

Domain Name Terms of Service

This document establishes terms between registrants and Nakroteck for domain name registration, transfer, and management services. This agreement incorporates ICANN regulations and the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

Domain Registration

Nakroteck provides domain registration through its website portal and client dashboard. The company cannot guarantee registration success even if a domain appears available during the purchase process.

Customers bear sole responsibility for ensuring their chosen domain name does not infringe on existing intellectual property rights and will not be used for illegal purposes.

Registrant Information Requirements

As mandated by ICANN, customers must provide complete and accurate contact details including:

  • Registrant Name and Organization
  • Full postal address
  • Email address and phone number
  • Administrative contact information
  • Technical contact information

This data may be shared with registries and registrars, and may be disclosed via public WHOIS databases per ICANN rules.

GDPR Protection

For EU-based registrants under GDPR, Registrant, Admin, and Technical contact information will not be publicly displayed in WHOIS records. Only accredited parties such as law enforcement may access full details.

However, certain country-code TLDs (e.g., .DE, .UK, .RU) may partially or fully disclose registrant information regardless of GDPR provisions.

Domain Transfers

Transferring domains to or from Nakroteck requires accurate information submission. Transfer fees are non-refundable once the transfer process has been initiated. The losing registrar has seven days to approve or reject transfer requests.

Fees and Renewal

Nakroteck automatically renews domains if auto-renewal is enabled. Customers must ensure valid payment methods are on file. Expired domains enter a redemption period during which recovery costs approximately $100 USD (or equivalent currency) plus standard renewal fees.

Ownership Changes

Domain ownership transfers require the new registrant's consent and compliance with all binding agreements. ICANN policy may impose a sixty-day transfer lock following ownership changes.

Dispute Resolution

Domain name disputes fall under ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) framework. Nakroteck reserves the right to suspend disputed domains but bears no liability for dispute outcomes.

Agreement Modifications

Nakroteck reserves the right to modify these Domain Name Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of domain services after modifications constitutes acceptance.
