DMCA Notice Submission
Copyright owners or their authorized representatives may submit written notifications to our Copyright Agent if they believe materials hosted on Nakroteck's servers infringe their copyright.

Required Information for DMCA Notices
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), notifications must include:
- Full legal name and electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- A description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed
- The URL or location of the infringing material on our servers
- Contact information including address, telephone number, and email
- A statement acknowledging potential liability under 17 U.S.C § 512(f) for misrepresentation
- A good faith belief statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement confirming accuracy of the information under penalty of perjury
Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Nakroteck will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Notify the account holder of the complaint
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if warranted
- Provide the account holder an opportunity to submit a counter-notification
Repeat Infringers
Nakroteck maintains a policy of terminating accounts of customers who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
